Check a GCN or Vitamin store near you…maybe even a drugstore or walmart… If you are looking to lose weight, Acai probably isn’t enough just by itself.
It’s a very healthy food, high in vitamins and anti-oxidants, but those won’t really result in weight loss.
I suggest doing what this girl did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program.
