Exercise always helps because you are burning calories. Proper diet with adequate exercise is the always best for weight management.

Yesterday I went to a get”free” Acai juice for a weight trial.I could understand asking of course for my name and address, but they wanted my phone number and e-mail address too which made my uncomfortable.
Sure enough, you get the free sample and then every month after you receive product that you will be billed for.
I don’t want any automatic billing. I would not authorize the “free” product. I should have known it is just a scam.
I do buy Acai and Pomegranate juice in the supermarket for $6.99 a bottle.
The $30.00 that would be sent automatically is a very hard sell to me.
I already got tricked into a “gathering” of neighbors that turned out to be a sales pitch.
It required membership fees to “belong” to get you juice at a reduced price. In the next breath we were told how rich we could become selling the juice.
I say $6.99 in the supermarket is where it belongs.

Yes. Exercise will be needed for every diet, but acai really helps out.

Acai gives you in general more energy and a better sleep. You can use this more energy to go out and run.

In general, Acai makes weight loss a much easier process, it did for me! Don’t try pills, from personal experience, but acai really can do the job.

No, you do not need to exercise to lose weight especially if you’re taking acai berry supplements, although exercising is beneficial to your health in many ways so you would want to use it (as anything in moderation) as well.

*cold drink (included cold freshwater, believe me!!)
*fastfood (max once a week)
*junkfood (max once per 2 weeks)

recomended food :
* white part of an egg
* red part of meat (beef)
*white part of meat (chicken)
*drink a glass of coconut sugar water (serves warm, believe me!!!)
*Fiber rich food

activity:
*try to reach your own knees with your mouth evryday while your legs strecthed (to stay elastic)
*routine exercise with proffesional personal trainer
